Contracting
We hire the candidate and assign them exclusively to your project. The Specialist provides services on a full-time basis. Monthly billing is based on Maandag’s hourly or daily rate multiplied by the actual hours worked.
Succes Fee
We are looking for the right candidate. You hire the candidate directly. A one-time success fee applies only upon a successful hire, based on the candidate’s annual gross salary. No fees are charged if no hire is made.

Who is a contractor?
A contractor is an specialist employed by Maandag Poland who works on projects for our clients.
Can we start with just one developer?

Do your developers work remotely
or onsite?
That depends on your company’s needs. We have experience providing remote, hybrid, and onsite developers.
Do you verify candidates’ technical skills?
Yes, we verify technical skills upon the client’s request.
How much does the recruitment
process costs?
Our recruitment process is completely free of charge. Payment is required only once you decide to hire our candidate.
What happens if the provided specialist does not meet your expectations?
You can end the cooperation or request a replacement.
What are your billing models?
Our main cooperation model is Contracting (Time & Material) based on approved timesheets. We also offer a Success Fee model — a one-time payment for successful recruitment or a monthly fee for RPO.
What type of contracts do your contractors have with Maandag Poland?
We offer a freelancer, civil or labor contracts.
Can a foreign company hire a Polish contractor directly?
Yes. After 18 months of cooperation with us, we offer a free-of-charge transfer, allowing the client to hire the contractor directly.
Do you provide work equipment for hired contractors?
Yes. Contractors receive all the necessary equipment for their work (laptop, keyboard, mouse). Additionally, our office is located in the center of Wrocław, so if onsite work is needed, we can also provide access to our office space.
Where do your developers come from?
Our candidates come from across Europe, most of them from Poland.
Who handles all administrative matters?
Maandag Poland takes care of all administrative processes — including contracts, invoicing, sick leave, payments, and development reviews.
How do you ensure data security?
We follow GDPR guidelines and maintain strict internal policies to protect your data.
